CASTELLO Düsseldorf has a wealth of experience in organising handball and basketball matches, thanks to the HC Rhein Vikings, HC Motor, the Düsseldorf Magics and the ART Giants. The venue has also hosted the teams of first-division table tennis club Borussia Düsseldorf and first-division hockey club Düsseldorfer HC. In addition, boxing evenings organised by Universum Box-Promotion and Spotlight Boxing, including TV broadcasts, take place regularly. Darts has also been welcomed at CASTELLO Düsseldorf, notably with the German Darts Masters. Furthermore, Fortuna Düsseldorf’s futsal team occasionally plays its home matches in the Futsal Bundesliga in the south of Düsseldorf.
